♥ Daily Blog: New Year 2009

Omgosh....2009 already?! Time sure flies like the speed of light.

The meeting for scouts was actually great. Basically, we met up at the usual place, but after almost everyone arrived, we were all driven to a nearby park. There we discussed our camp schedule and etc. After the discussion, it was time to find our money for the materials. If our group couldn't find it, then tough luck, which meant that we would have to use our own money =O

The riddle message was sent through morse code, and it took my group three tries to have the codes written down correctly >: Luckily, I knew most of my morse code and my teammates knew a lot as well. Together we decode all of them, but with some of the codes written down incorrectly, we sort of had to fill in the blanks. (: In the end, however, we had the riddle.

Here lies the truth under the truth of all.

It took quite a while for my group and me to understand what the riddle was trying to say. It all pointed to the church. So, we searched around there for several minutes. Apparently, the money was hidden in a plant, but in the end, it was found. (:

After when every group found their money, each group was to discuss about who's in charge of what. Haha...funny thing was...only the guys and I were serious about the subject, while the other two girls were drifted off to somewhere else.
bleh...someone insisted on eggs for breakfast...but seriously..eggs are definitely not good for the health. lol so i had to step in and volunteer vegetables for lunch (:
Oh, and another funny thing (but very good and interesting) was....the guys were actually healthy eaters! =DDDD The rest of the girls in my group, exluding myself, were um...quite the unhealthy type =O lols but everything was decided, so everyone was satisfied.
Hm...well this camp sounds like fun. We will cook meals for our group and compete the food with the other groups haha. Oh yeah...we will also have a gate competition too. =O Then there will be skits...and etc.

Ahh...I can't wait to get away from my usual life and do something different for a change. Furthermore, my mind will surely be cleared during this trip. Although...the retreat for confirmation last year was surely the best. I felt like I was in heaven, forgetting all my troubles, leaving everything behind back home, and not even remembering much of my friends and family. I was truly relaxed and sincerely joyful.

Yay...I get to go on another adventure (yes, I am very adventurous)! Spending time with nature and breathing the fresh air are really my kind of thing at times. Then again...I'm both outdoorsy and indoorsy(is that even a word?).

Eh...we'll be waking up at 6 mainly and going to sleep at 12 something...lol, but who cares. There's so much more to do in life than to just sleep and sleep and stay home ZZzzz -_- Seriously, how boring is that? Well okay, if that's a lifestyle, then it is boring. I do admit that I like to have some days like that...but not all the time (: I only have the days like that when I'm exhausted.

Oh yeah...I went to the Asian Garden Mall today for an hour after scouts...eek! I went to those cute stores (Little Kitty and Sensation someting), and indeed I was super tempted. There were really nice sophisticated looking pencil cases (dark colors with a nice colored quotes to go well with the dominant colors). Ah...so dreamy..although some things are just too cute -_- haha not my kind of cute.

Shiseido...I love that japanese facial brand (: (yes, random) Oh so expensive though =O
(: but it's nice to look a nice things.

Anyway, now I'm home...doing things...ah...two hw assignments left...must must finish.

I'm doomed for my driver's ed course -_- is this like... a 100 page course? o.o

bleh...I would love to post up some of my new year's resolutions...but maybe I'll do that tomorrow.

Castle of Snow is still being revised -_- even for a summary. :] what can i say? I can't help but to make it perfect.

Although I admit that all my grammar in this blog is full of errors -_- but it's a blog...I can type formal when I want to.
